Small Moments
Remember, even the smallest acts of kindness can spark waves of hope. Wishing you peace, strength, and the courage to show up for others—and for yourself—every day.

Sometimes, I wonder about the small moments that can truly make a big difference. I also think about what some of my community members have asked me: Why do I do these random check-ins?
Reflecting on it, I realize I reach out not because I believe I’m doing something extraordinary, but because I believe everyone needs someone to show up for them—whether to celebrate the good times or simply to hold space during silent struggles we often don’t share.
Over the years, I’ve heard how uncomfortable it can feel when I’ve let people know I’m not there because I need anything from them. But I’ve also seen how a simple act—a message, a moment of presence—can mean more than words. Friends and families have shared how much it helped to know someone cared, even without saying much. I’ve learned that trusting my intuition and reaching out can remind someone they’re not alone. Strangers have opened up to me, revealing how much we all carry inside.
Personally, I’ve been touched by how just a small gesture can shift someone’s outlook or brighten their day. It’s taught me that we all have the power to make a difference—one act, one moment, one kind word at a time. Sometimes, listening or simply showing you care is enough to remind someone they matter. And honestly, I find that I grow too—feeling more connected and grateful for our shared human experience.
To everyone who has ever sent me a random message or reached out just to check in—thank you. Your kindness and thoughtfulness mean more than I can say.
If you’ve ever received a message from me, please know it’s born from a genuine hope that we all matter—that kindness, no matter how small, can ripple outward and create hope. Whether we’re friends, acquaintances, or strangers, I believe even the tiniest act can remind someone they’re not alone.
P.S. Thank you to the man who gifted me this flower. I’m grateful to have crossed paths with you. Until we meet again—and if we ever do—may all always be well for you.
